Dr. Der majored in Biochemistry at the University of Regina before graduating with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1995. Before graduating, he was given the opportunity to see the delivery of dental care in a remote northern Saskatchewan community (Black Lake), Yellowknife, and the Arctic (Cambridge Bay, Coppermine, and Holman Island).
This experience has helped him widen his view of Dentistry and contributed to the practice of General Dentistry to this day. Dr. Der speaks two languages--English and Cantonese.
In September, 2016, Dr. Der took a one-year sabbatical to travel the world with his family (wife and four children). It was a time of education, reflection and self-evaluation for the whole family. In total, nineteen countries (20 if you count Canada) were visited and experienced.
Dr. Savannah Dreger grew up on a farm outside Lemberg, Sakatchewan and spent two years studying general sciences at the University of Regina. She graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (DMD.). She is a member of the Canadian Dental Association and the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan and plans to further her education by participating in courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advance Dental Studies.
Originally from Port Moody, Dr. Steven Huang graduated from the Doctor of Dental Medicine program at the University of British Columbia. He also completed an Advance Education General Dentistry residency at the University of Connecticut and is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan, the Regina and District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Fluent in Mandarin and English, Dr. Huang enjoys practicing in all areas of family and general dentistry.
Dr. Lee grew up in the West Coast community of Burnaby, British Columbia. After completing a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D.) in 2010, he accepted a position in the Vancouver General Hospital’s General Practice Residency (GPR) program.
Dr. Rieger was born in Edmonton during his father’s last year of dental school. The family returned to Regina where his father practiced for several years. After studying microbiology at the University of Regina, and obtaining his Doctor of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Dr. Rieger joined his father’s dental practice in 1985. They worked together for a few years until his father’s retirement.
Knowing that at least one of his five children would require orthodontic treatment, Dr. Rieger began continuing education courses in orthodontics starting in 1999 and has enjoyed general practice orthodontics (not a specialist) since that time. He also regularly takes continuing education courses in other aspects of dentistry and enjoys implementing this knowledge in his practice which includes restorative dentistry, fixed prosthodontics (crown and bridge), oral surgery, dental implants, endodontics (root canal therapy), soft tissue laser therapy, and full mouth reconstruction.
He is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan, and the Regina and District Dental Society.
In his spare time, Dr. Rieger enjoys time with his wife and children travelling, skiing, hunting, backpacking, and in his few quiet moments he can be found puttering in his large vegetable garden.

Born and raised in Regina, Dr. Tkatchuk majored in biology and kinesiology at the University of Regina before transferring to the College of Dentistry of the University of Saskatchewan. He graduated from the U of S in May 2013 with the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.).
Dr Heather Wang graduated from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University in London, Ontario. As someone who loves to give back to the community, Dr. Wang has volunteered her time for dental outreach trips in South America and to help out with local soup kitchens. Dr. Wang is fluent in Mandarin and Chinese and is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan, and the Regina and District Dental Society.
