Dr. Randy Gilewich, D.M.D., LVIF
Dr. Gilewich graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D.) with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 1985 and has been practising dentistry in Regina since then. He established the Regina Dental Group in 2004 with clinics at Normanview Crossing and Southland Mall. Grasslands Dental, located in Harbour Landing, opened in 2013.
He regularly attends continuing education seminars regarding a wide variety of interests, including neuromuscular/physiological dentistry, TMJ dysfunction, restorative and aesthetic dentistry (dental implants), Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), adult and pediatric orthodontics (including Invisalign), and laser dentistry. Through his active participation in continuing education courses offered at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), he has achieved his LVI Fellowship (LVIF) designation.
Dr. Gilewich is currently an active member of the Canadian Dental Association, the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan, the Regina and District Dental Society, the Practitioner Staff of the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region, and the International Association of Physiologic Aesthetics.
Dr. Marc Tkatchuk, D.M.D.
Born and raised in Regina, Dr. Tkatchuk majored in biology and kinesiology at the University of Regina before transferring to the College of Dentistry of the University of Saskatchewan. He graduated from the U of S in May 2013 with the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.).
Dr. Tkatchuk is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan, and the Regina and District Dental Society.
Dr. Austin Lee, D.M.D.
Dr. Lee grew up in the West Coast community of Burnaby, British Columbia. After completing a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D.) in 2010, he accepted a position in the Vancouver General Hospital’s General Practice Residency (GPR) program. Through his residency at the hospital, he received advanced training in oral surgery and intravenous sedation, and in treating medically compromised patients, such as those diagnosed with oral cancer or HIV.
Dr. Lee speaks three languages—English, Korean and Japanese—and is a member of the Canadian Dental Association and the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan.

Dr. Alvin Der, D.M.D.
Dr. Der majored in Biochemistry at the University of Regina before graduating with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1995. Before graduating, he was given the opportunity to see the delivery of dental care in a remote northern Saskatchewan community (Black Lake), Yellowknife, and the Arctic (Cambridge Bay, Coppermine, and Holman Island).
This experience has helped him widen his view of Dentistry and contributed to the practice of General Dentistry to this day. Dr. Der speaks two languages–English and Cantonese.
In September, 2016, Dr. Der took a one-year sabbatical to travel the world with his family (wife and four children). It was a time of education, reflection and self-evaluation for the whole family. In total, nineteen countries (20 if you count Canada) were visited and experienced.
Dr. Bill Rieger, D.M.D.
Dr. Rieger was born in Edmonton during his father’s last year of dental school. The family returned to Regina where his father practiced for several years. After studying microbiology at the University of Regina, and obtaining his Doctor of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Dr. Rieger joined his father’s dental practice in 1985. They worked together for a few years until his father’s retirement.
Knowing that at least one of his five children would require orthodontic treatment, Dr. Rieger began continuing education courses in orthodontics starting in 1999 and has enjoyed general practice orthodontics (not a specialist) since that time. He also regularly takes continuing education courses in other aspects of dentistry and enjoys implementing this knowledge in his practice which includes restorative dentistry, fixed prosthodontics (crown and bridge), oral surgery, dental implants, endodontics (root canal therapy), soft tissue laser therapy, and full mouth reconstruction.
He is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan, and the Regina and District Dental Society.
In his spare time, Dr. Rieger enjoys time with his wife and children travelling, skiing, hunting, backpacking, and in his few quiet moments he can be found puttering in his large vegetable garden.
Dr. Amritpal Kaur, D.D.S.
Dr. Kaur Graduated in 2012 from UCSF School of Dentistry, San Francisco , CA and owned a successful dental practice and practiced in California for over 4 Years. She has called Regina home and has been practicing dentistry here since 2016 while enjoying raising her 2 year old son with her husband. In her spare time she likes to travel and shop.
Dr. Archan Bhandari, DMD
Dr. Archan Bhandari was born in Hamilton, Ontario and raised in Burlington, Ontario. He majored in Honours Health Sciences at Wilfred Laurier University and attained his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the College of Dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan. A member of the Canadian Dental Association and the College of Dental Surgeons Saskatchewan, he also participates in a monthly oral surgery study club, and has done additional training on dental emergencies, nitrous oxide sedation, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Outside of the dental clinic, Dr. Bhandari enjoys travelling, playing golf, volleyball, baseball, and hockey. He is also a huge fan of Toronto Raptors Basketball and was in attendance for “The Shot” during the 2019 NBA Playoffs.
Dr. Hiren Barevadiya, BDS
Dr. Hiren Barevadiya graduated Bachelors of Dental Surgeon (BDS) from India in 2014. He did advanced diploma in dental hygiene from Cambrian college Sudbury, ON in 2019 and completed licensure examination for NDEB (National Dental Examination board). He is currently an active member of the Canadian Dental Association, The College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan and has been practicing dentistry with Moose Jaw Dental group since 2019.
Dr. Barevadiya has practiced in India and is a multilingual person, can easily communicate in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Punjabi.
