What To Expect
We consider the first visit to our offices to be one of the most important visits at Regina Dental Group. During this initial visit, we collect all your necessary medical history information. Additional information about your visit and about our office will be provided to you, and there are more resources on this website for your future reference. Whether your initial visit is a consultation or a dental cleaning, we strive to make you feel welcome to our practice in every way possible!
Appointments
In order to make scheduling appointments as seamless as possible, we request that you call one of our offices to discuss any openings or schedulings. You can request an appointment via this website, or call the number directly during our open office hours. Our friendly staff will assist to you in scheduling and final confirmation.
We understand there may be situations where you may need to cancel your scheduled appointment. If that happens, we ask that you call us at least 2 business days (48 hours) in advance so we may reschedule your appointment.
Insurance & Financing
If you have any questions about your dental insurance coverage, please contact our offices and let our staff assist you.
We will provide you with a dental predetermination and estimate regarding your treatment that you may submit to your insurance provider to verify your dental benefits. In most cases, we can facilitate the process for you by submitting your claim electronically.
Normanview Crossing Clinic and Quance Street Clinics
Payment for dental services is due at the time treatment is provided.
Normanview Crossing and Quance Street clinics do not directly bill insurance providers.
- We can electronically submit a claim to your dental insurance provider for you. Your insurance provider will then reimburse you according to the allowed limit of your insurance coverage.
- We accept cash, debit cards, Visa or MasterCard.
Direct Billing Locations
Southland Mall, Grasslands, Medland Terrace, Cornwall & Moosejaw Dental Clinics can directly bill insurance providers.
- We can bill your insurance provider directly and accept assignment of your allowable dental benefits. This means your insurance provider pays our clinic for the portion of your dental treatment that is covered by your dental plan and you pay our clinic only for the portion of treatment that is not covered.
- We can electronically submit a claim to your dental insurance provider for you. Your insurance provider will then reimburse you according to the allowed limit of your insurance coverage.
- We accept cash, debit cards, Visa or MasterCard.
- Please note that to provide the direct billing courtesy service we require a valid credit card to be kept on file.
